Q: What are check in and check out times?
A: Check in after 3pm and check out by 10am. Sometimes we can be more flexible, depending on the bookings on either side of yours.
Q: Do we need to bring bedlinen and towels?
A: There's no need as both are provided for you.
Q: Is there any allocated outdoor space for us?
A; Yes. There is plenty of space for you outside the coach house, both lawn where you can kick a ball around or table and chairs to relax or enjoy a meal at.
Q: Are children welcome?
A: Yes, of course. We provide high chair, travel cot and stair gate upon request.
Q: Is there parking available near the Coach House?
A: Yes. For up to 3 cars.
Q: Is fuel and electrics included in the rental or do we pay extra for this?
A: It is included.
Q: Is smoking allowed?
A: No. Smoking is not allowed in the property.
Q: Can I bring my pet?
A: Unfortunately not, the Coach House is a pet free zone.
Q: What's the accessibility of the Coach House?
A: The Coach House accommodation is on the first floor, accessed via an external staircase.
Q: Are the owners on site?
A: Yes. The owners live in an adjacent house to the coach house. This is a positive as they are nearby if you need assistance or have questions about anything.
Q: How far away is the nearest shop?
A: In Pocklington, less than 2 miles away. There are both super markets and independent butchers, fish monger, green grocers, bakeries and delis.
Q: Where's the nearest pub?
A: In Barmby Moor, about 5 mins walk from the coach house.
Q: Nearest train station?
A: York, 12 miles away
